　　当地时间3月13日，伊拉克民兵武装“伊斯兰抵抗组织”发表声明，向所有伊拉克公民及伊拉克境内的外国公民征集美军及美国情报人员信息。声明称，“对提供准确先期情报并能够直接促成抓捕、清除行动，或对美军高级官员及美情报机构领导人进行现场锁定的情报，予以1.5亿伊拉克第纳尔（约合79万元人民币）的奖励。”

　　“伊斯兰抵抗组织”当天早些时候曾发声明称，过去一天内，该组织使用无人机和火箭弹对伊拉克及其周边地区的美方目标发动了31次袭击。自2月28日以来，该组织发动的袭击次数已达335次。
