智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，有关已提出将公司清盘的呈请，于2026年3月13日，公司接获金额为200万港元的未偿还债务(即公司于2018年3月29日发行的债券的未偿还本金额)的一名债权人陈李国(第四名支持债权人，连同支持债权人、第二名支持债权人及第三名支持债权人，统称为“该等支持债权人”)发出的有关拟在呈请聆讯中出庭的通知书，表示其有意出席于2026年3月25日举行的呈请聆讯，以支持针对公司的清盘呈请。
于本公告日期，法院并无颁布清盘令以将公司清盘。如先前公告所披露，公司目前正与呈请人就清偿应付呈请人的未偿还款项进行友好磋商，并将积极与支持债权人寻求任何可能的清偿计划。公司将尽力与呈请人及该等支持债权人保持主动、良好的沟通，并在对其他债权人公平的原则下，与呈请人及该等支持债权人友善协商，妥善处理问题(包括将努力促使呈请尽快被撤回)。
