3月13日，中国诚通发展集团（00217）发布2025年度末期业绩公告。业绩显示，2025年度营业额增加5%至约5.79亿港元，主要由于公司物物业发展及投资板块下的诚通香榭里项目房屋交付进度加快，带动营业额显著增长。综合毛利率由2024年度的37%轻微上升至41%，综合毛利及利息收入净额约2.4亿港元，较2024年度增加17%。净利润4785万港元 ，同比增长24%。
投资物业的价值受到中国整体房地产市场下行影响，录得投资物业之公平值亏损增加约146万港元。综合除税后溢利增加24%，4805万港元，主要由于诚通香榭里项目交付进度加快，物业销售收入大幅增长；同时租赁业务咨询服务费收入增加，融资利率下行，综合销售成本下降。
在业务分部方面，租赁业务的营业额较去年减少4%至4.12亿港元，主要由于若干项目在年内结清。物业发展及投资分类营业额增加54%至1.37亿港元，主要反映已售物业于年内集中交付带来的收入确认增加。海上旅游服务和酒店业务的营业额下降12%至2883万港元，主要受到市场挑战和极端天气的影响。
