3月13日，联易融科技（09959）发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度，公司的权益股东应占综合净亏损介乎约4.2亿元至约4.5亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得权益股东应占综合净亏损约8.35亿元。
公告指出，报告年度的预期净亏损主要是由于在2025年上半年确认了重大的金融资产减值亏损，然而在2025年下半年，该类减值亏损显著下降，这也是预期净亏损较上年同期大幅减少的主要原因。
此外，公司于2025年下半年的总收入及收益较2025年上半年录得显著的环比增长，主要得益于公司技术解决方案在客户群中的持续渗透及实施，带动交易量显著增加。董事会对公司的未来发展及长期前景充满信心。
