易纬集团（03893）发布公告，公司收到HIL关于将部分HIL可换股债券按换股价每股0.11港元转换有关本金额770万港元的换股通知。换股及发行相关换股股份共计7000万股股份已于2026年3月13日完成。
于发行该等换股股份后及于本公告日期，公司已发行股份数目已增加至4.67亿股，且换股股份占公司紧接配发及发行换股股份前的已发行股本约17.65%及占公司经配发及发行换股股份扩大后的已发行股本约15.00%。MKI仍是公司的最大股东，持有1.147亿股股份，占公司于本公告日期经配发及发行换股股份扩大后的已发行股本约24.58%。
