3月15日晚间消息，央视315晚会曝光“万能”的外泌体问题，湖南丽赛药业有限公司被点名。
天眼查App显示，湖南丽赛药业有限公司成立于2021年6月，法定代表人为肖景阳，注册资本300万人民币，经营范围包括医疗器械技术开发、健康医疗产业项目的管理等，由肖爽、肖景阳。行政处罚信息显示，2025年6月，该公司因违反了《医疗器械监督管理条例》相关规定，被湖南省药品监督管理局罚没合计22万余元。
