3月15日晚间消息，央视315晚会曝光电动自行车违规解除限速，哈啰租电动车被点名。
据央视报道，哈啰租电动车目前已在全国超100座城市布局超5000家门店。哈啰租电动车租赁门店工作人员表示，他们的电动自行车速度最快能到75公里/小时。
公开信息显示，2025年国家最新实施的《电动自行车安全技术规范》中明确规定：最高设计车速不应超过25公里/小时，电池组标示值不应超过48伏，电动机的输出功率，应小于或等于400瓦。
天眼查App显示，“哈啰租电动车”关联公司上海钧哈网络科技有限公司成立于2018年8月，法定代表人为迟星德，注册资本20.5亿人民币，经营范围包括机械设备、自行车、电动自行车、汽车、电动摩托车的租赁等，由哈啰出行关联公司上海钧丰网络科技有限公司全资持股。
根据追溯，蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司通过上海云鑫创业投资有限公司及江苏哈啰普惠科技有限公司持有约36%的股份，为涉事公司第一大股东。
