智通财经APP讯，中细软科技(01020)发布公告，于2026年3月13日(交易时段后)，配售代理与本公司订立配售协议，据此，配售代理有条件同意担任本公司的配售代理，按尽力基准促使按配售价每股配售股份0.26港元配售最多4000万股配售股份予不少于6名承配人(彼等及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方)。
假设本公司已发行股本于本公布日期至完成的期间将不会有任何变动，配售事项项下4000万股配售股份的最高数目相当于(i)于本公布日期本公司现有已发行股本53.51亿股股份的约0.75%;及(ii)本公司经配发及发行全部配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约0.74%。配售事项项下配售股份最高数目的总面值将为400万港元。每股配售股份0.26港元的配售价较：(i)于2026年3月13日(即最后交易日)在联交所所报的收市价每股股份0.320港元折让约18.75%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及配售事项的其他开支)估计约为1020万港元，即每股配售股份的净配售价约为0.255港元。董事拟将全部所得款项净额用作本集团的一般营运资金，以满足其持续发展及现有业务所需。
