智通财经APP讯，BRILLIANCE CHI(01114)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的经审核除所得税开支前溢利将较2024年减少不超过50%。预期报告年度的经审核除所得税开支前溢利减少，主要是由于本集团主要联营公司华晨宝马汽车有限公司的表现倒退及本集团主要经营附属公司金杯(沈阳)汽车有限公司(于2025年下半年方复产)产生经营亏损所致。
尽管相比2024年，本集团的预扣税于2025年减少不少于69%(原因为本公司于相关年度自其一间附属公司收取的派息有所减少)，惟本集团仍预期截至2025年12月31日止年度的经审核除所得税开支后溢利将较2024年者减少不超过40%。预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的经审核本公司股权持有人应占溢利将较2024年减少不超过40%(截至2024年12月31日止年度的经审核本公司股权持有人应占溢利：约人民币31.01亿元 )。
