　　中国碳中和（01372）发布公告，鉴于于2026年3月13日的近期市况，本公司与认购人（订约双方）订立了终止协议，据此，订约双方已协定终止日期为2026年3月6日订立的认购协议（原认购协议），自终止协议日期（即2026年3月13日）起生效。

　　根据终止协议，原认购协议将不再具有任何进一步效力或作用，订约双方自终止协议生效之日起，原认购协议项下本公司与认购人的所有权利、义务及责任即告终止。

　　截至终止协议签署之日，本公司并未根据原认购协议发行任何认购股份，认购事项将不再进行，原拟配售的4000万股认购股份将回拨至一般授权认购新股份的额度。
