　　能源及能量环球（01142）发布公告，由于配售协议所载的先决条件并未于本公布日期（即截止日期）或之前完全达成及╱或获豁免，故配售协议已告失效且不会进行配售事项。配售协议订约方有关配售事项的所有权利、义务及责任将告终止及解除，而配售协议订约方不得就配售事项向另一方提出任何申索，惟任何先前违约者除外。

　　董事会认为，配售协议失效对本集团的业务、经营及财务状况概无重大不利影响。本公司将继续寻求集资机会，并于适当时候刊发一切必要公布。
