智通财经APP讯，天安卓健(00383)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入16.38亿港元，同比增加0.67%;公司拥有人应占亏损2681.6万港元，去年同期则取得溢利2877.3万港元;每股基本亏损2.48港仙。
公告称，本公司拥有人应占亏损乃主要由于投资物业的公允价值亏损7407万港元(2024年：1692.1万港元);可供出售的发展中物业的拨备2386万港元(2024年：1095.7万港元);持作出售的物业的拨备1032.2万港元(2024年：166.4万港元);惟部分被汇兑收益净额812.6万港元(2024年：亏损1524.4万港元);及并无2024年的有关关闭综合门诊的亏损净额所抵销。
