智通财经APP讯，花样年控股(01777)发布公告，于2026年3月12日，重组协议项下拟进行的交易已告完成。于重组协议项下拟进行的交易完成后(其中包括)：(i)买方收购彩生活已发行股份约21.97%;(ii) 彩生活已发行股份约10.0%转让予TFISF指定实体(作为对据称担保的有效执行 );(iii)本公司保留持有彩生活已发行股份约9.98%，该等股份不受任何据称担保或其他申索所限;及(iv)彩生活不再为本公司的附属公司。
于本公告日期，曾小姐透过(其中包括)买方、本公司及Fantasy Pearl International Limited间接拥有彩生活已发行股份约59.99%，并继续为彩生活的控股股东。
