智通财经APP讯，迷策略(02440)发布公告，预计集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得的亏损净额不低于人民币1.50亿元(2024年：亏损净额人民币7750万元)，这主要是由于本年度物联网业务的分部亏损不低于人民币1.10亿元。有关物联网业务是公司控股股东Home Office Development Limited于去年一月完成收购公司股份前，以更名前的“濠暻科技国际控股有限公司”来经营。
集团于本年度的预期亏损净额增加以及物联网业务的预期分部亏损均主要由于本年度预期信贷亏损模式项下贸易应收款项(主要来自物联网业务)减值亏损不低于人民币1亿元(2024年：人民币2900万元)，基于审慎原则作出及由于不利的经济环境及复杂的市场竞争环境导致客户的账龄恶化所致。上述贸易应收款项减值亏损为非现金项目，预计不会对集团的整体现金流状况或业务运营产生不利影响。
