智通财经APP讯，海伟股份(09609)发布公告，集团预期(i)截至2025年12月31日止年度的收入将下降15%至25%，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入为人民币4.217亿元;(ii)截至2025年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占利润将下降40%至50%，而截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占利润约为人民币8988万元。公司拥有人应占利润下降的主要原因是(i)受国内市场竞争加剧影响，集团产品销量及平均售价均有所下滑，进而导致毛利下降;(ii)公司于截至2025年12月31日止年度内因于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市而产生上市开支。
