智通财经APP讯，民生教育(01569)发布公告，本集团预计本期间(截至2025年12月31日年度止)取得净亏损(不考虑(i)与仲裁相关的财务影响(如有);及(ii)商誉和无形资产减值产生的任何损失(如有))为不少于人民币2.1亿元，而截至2024年12月31日年度止则取得净利润(不考虑商誉和无形资产减值产生的任何损失)约人民币1.88亿元。净亏损的主要原因如下：
于本期间，本集团旗下在线教育主体受到市场的影响，导致本集团旗下在线教育主体的收入与2024年12月31日年度止同比有较大幅度的下滑，从而取得本期间的净亏损。
于本期间，本集团中国营运学校持续加大办学投入，相关的成本与2024年12月31日年度止同比有较大幅度的增加。
