期货日报网讯 “十四五”时期，我国锂产业实现了从“跟跑”到“领跑”的历史性跨越，“十五五”开局，锂产业又迎来新的契机：全球储能需求大幅增长。
今年全国两会期间，天齐锂业股份有限公司董事长蒋安琪表示，锂电材料是新能源产业链的关键上游，其技术水平和迭代速度直接影响电池性能、安全性和成本结构，也是我国锂电产业保持长期竞争力的重要基础。她认为，前一阶段，在新能源需求快速释放和技术路径相对集中的背景下，行业竞争更多体现为规模扩张和成本优化，材料体系和工艺路线趋同，技术代际升级和持续迭代的重要性逐步凸显。
从政策实施情况看，现有新能源相关支持措施在应用推广和产业化示范方面，主要由电池和整车环节承担牵引作用，上游材料更多处于“承接需求、跟随迭代”的位置。
对此，蒋安琪建议，随着产业进入提质升级阶段，可以在现有政策框架下，更加系统地加强对锂电材料原创性研发、工程化放大和持续迭代的支持，引导企业竞争由规模和成本导向，转向以技术创新和迭代能力为核心，推动产业链整体实现高质量、可持续发展。
