2025财年的预期纯利乃主要受以下各项的综合影响：(i)集团的软件业务分部溢利约1870万港元(2024财年：约1980万港元);(ii)集团的证券投资业务分部溢利约1080万港元(2024财年：约520万港元)，主要原因为透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的已变现及未变现收益约1070万港元(2024财年：约500万港元);(iii)集团的企业管理解决方案及资讯科技合约服务业务分部亏损约560万港元(2024财年：溢利约40万港元)，主要原因为资讯科技行业竞争激烈及商誉减值亏损约410万港元(2024财年：零港元);(iv)集团的企业对客户网上销售平台及企业对企业产品贸易业务分部亏损约90万港元(2024财年：约100万港元);(v)其他企业开支约1550万港元(2024财年：约1480万港元)。
