　　3月15日上午，2026第七届·中国（武汉）315问题车展举办，多位购车者带着问题车辆前来维权。其中，奇瑞星途星纪元、奔驰GLE和EQC车型、一汽大众探岳在问题车投诉榜中排名前三。

　　蔚来车主在问题车展现场维权

　　一位湖南车主特地驾驶奇瑞星途星纪元ET赶到问题车展现场，他告诉海报新闻记者，他于去年4月花费18.98万元购买该车辆，目前该车辆已行驶8000多公里。在驾驶时，他发现车辆出现雷达延时、单踏板刹车失灵的情况。

　　山西男子在懂车帝平台推荐下联系上位于武汉升官渡二手车市场的中鑫名车车行，购买了一辆二手奔驰，车商宣称“原版原漆精品车”。购买后车主却发现车辆里程表被调表，且商家宣传的2017款豪华车型实为2016款低配车型。

　　一名NIO" target="_blank" web="1">蔚来汽车首批消费者来到现场维权，2019年她购买蔚来车辆，购买时客服宣称终身免费换电。2020年车辆出现故障，蔚来客服称维修需要18万元。考虑到费用太高，该消费者自行找人维修，维修好后发现车辆无法行驶。联系蔚来客服，客服称是他们远程把车辆电池“锁了”，需要客户花12.8万元换电池才能使用。该消费者与客服沟通发现电池还有30%电量，不存在亏电情况。

　　后续五年多双方沟通未达成共识，车辆一直搁置无法使用。消费者希望蔚来能给车辆电池解锁并保证终身换电服务。
