ChainCatcher 消息，Vitalik Buterin 在 X 平台发文解读以太坊基金会新使命宣言《EF Mandate》，他表示将加倍投入以太坊，并对它的未来发展充满期待。
Vitalik Buterin 指出，以太坊在全球数字生态中具有独特角色，其使命是成为一种“技术避风港”（sanctuary technology），以维护技术自我主权并促进在无强制、无支配环境下的协作。以太坊的核心目标是确保任何个人、组织或意识形态都无法在网络空间形成绝对控制，并为用户提供“退出机制”，而以太坊基金会作为网络的“守护者”将继续重点推进 CROPS 原则，即抗审查与抗捕获、开源、隐私和安全，并在协议层优先关注去中心化、可验证性、网络活跃性及安全性，同时推动如账户抽象等能力升级，以减少对中间机构的依赖。
以太坊基金会在应用层将致力于打造兼顾安全、隐私与用户自主权的“零选项”（zero option）用户体验，并与更广泛的生态项目形成互补，共同推动以太坊生态的发展。
