　　咨询机构Benchmark Mineral Intelligence（BMI）周五发布的数据显示，2月份全球纯电和插电式混动汽车注册量下降了 11%。

　　据 BMI 称，作为全球最大的电动汽车市场，中国2月份的纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车注册量同比下降了 32%，降至不足 50 万辆。

　　全球范围内，2月份纯电和插电式混动汽车注册量出现连续第二个月下滑，仅略高于100万辆，创下自2024年同期以来的最低水平。

　　北美市场萎缩了35%，销量不足9万辆，这是继美国去年9月电动汽车税收抵免政策结束以及特朗普政府提议进一步削减二氧化碳排放标准之后，北美电动汽车市场连续第五个月下滑。

　　特朗普的政策以及全球电动汽车需求降温，迫使一些在美国市场敞口最大的汽车制造商计提了超过700亿美元的减值准备。

　　欧洲也放弃了减排目标。然而，尽管增速较去年同期有所放缓，但欧洲2月份的电动汽车销量仍增长了21%，保持了增长势头。

　　世界其他地区2月份的电动汽车注册量增长了78%，总计超过18万辆。
