　　太古股份公司A（00019）及太古股份公司B（00087）联合公布，于2026年3月12日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司同意透过配售代理按每股国泰航空股份港币11.74元的配售价出售出售股份。出售股份相当于于本公告日期已发行国泰航空股份（不包括库存国泰航空股份）总数约2.52%。配售价相当于较国泰航空股份于2026年3月12日于联交所所报收市价每股港币12.99元折让约9.6%。

　　公司预期将从配售事项获得的所得款项净额约为17.89亿港元。 公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作一般营运资金用途。

　　是次配售事项将使公司于国泰航空公司的持股回复至国泰航空公司向 Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C．进行场外股份回购完成前的历史水平。于本公告日期，公司于已发行国泰航空股份总数（不包括库存国泰航空股份）中拥有约47.64%权益。假设国泰航空股份总数目并无变动，于配售事项完成后，公司将于已发行国泰航空股份总数（不包括库存国泰航空股份）中拥有约45.12%权益。 公司对国泰航空公司保持信心及坚定承诺。
