金吾财讯 | 四川局组织召开辖区商业不动产REITs试点推进工作会。近日，四川局联合沪深交易所、省委金融办举办“四川省商业不动产REITs试点推进工作会”，省国资委、住建厅、文旅厅等5家省直部门、相关市州财政金融部门以及9家企业代表参会。会议总结了前期工作，对地方政府部门、企业积极响应试点政策，摸底资产，做好商业不动产REITs项目梯度培育与申报进行了再动员、再部署。参会部门和企业围绕商业不动产REITs项目进展、存在的困难和解决建议进行交流，沪深交易所围绕多层次REITs市场发展情况、审核关注要点和重点案例开展培训。针对企业提出的项目推进难点痛点，四川局将做好台账管理，联合相关主管部门及市州政府，“一题一答”做好个案推动。
