　　康特隆（01912）发布公告，于2026年3月12日，公司接获代表谢凯澄女士（公司的债权人）行事的法律顾问根据香港法例第32章《公司（清盘及杂项条文）条例》第 178（1）（a）或327（4）（a）条所发出日期为2026年3月12日的法定偿债书，当中要求公司于送达法定偿债书起计21日内支付约750万美元的总金额（即公司结欠的贷款本金及利息），若公司未能如此行事，债权人可能会向公司提出清盘呈请。

　　据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、全悉及确信：债权人亦为向林强先生（公司执行董事、董事会主席及控股股东）授出的贷款融资的贷款人，及林先生就P.Grand （BVI） Ltd．（为林先生全资拥有的公司）所有已发行股份设立的股份押记的承押人；及除有关关系外，债权人为独立于公司及其关连人士的第三方。 公司正寻求有关法定偿债书的法律意见及正评估其会否对公司的营运造成任何重大不利影响，并正与债权人联系以就债务探讨和解方案。
