NOVONIX (ASX:NVX) said the US International Trade Commission reached a final negative determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigation into whether graphite active anode material imports into the US from China are materially stunting the establishment of a domestic graphite active anode material industry in the US, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
NOVONIX said it continues to execute on its strategy to expand high-performance synthetic graphite production in the US.
Its shares fell 5% in recent trading, earlier reaching a five-year low.
