EverCommerce Q4 Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Shares Slump After Hours

EverCommerce (EVCM) reported Q4 earnings late Thursday of $0.03 per diluted share, down from $0.06 a year earlier.
Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.05.
Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $151.2 million from $143.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $150.1 million.
The company expects Q1 revenue of $145.5 million to $148.5 million and full-year revenue of $612 million to $632 million. Analysts project $151.2 million in Q1 and $621.2 million in 2026.
EverCommerce shares slumped 20% in after-hours trading.
