Challenger Gold (ASX:CEL) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on Tuesday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
JPMorgan Chase now owns 289.5 million shares in the company, representing 11.94% of the issued shares, the filing said.
