　　中国金融国际（00721）今早再一度涨超30%，昨日收涨38.60%。截至发稿，股价上涨10.13%，报0.087港元，成交额1100.59万港元。

　　3月11日晚，中国金融国际公布引入策略投资者，向范式智能发行合共21.94亿股新股，相当于扩大后股本16.67%；每股作价0.04港元，较3月11日收市价折让29.82%。所得净额8727万港元，拟主要用于未来投资金融资产及虚拟资产。

　　同时，向范式智能以及两名关连人士黄世荧与刘永兴、发行合共25.01亿份认股权证，发行价0.005港元，行使价0.058港元，成本即共0.063港元，较3月11日收报溢价10.53%。集资净额1151万港元。
