法国道达尔能源公司周四表示，正在对其法国加油站的汽油和柴油价格设定上限，以保护消费者免受自中东战争开始以来“异常市场波动”的影响。
从2026年3月13日至3月31日，道达尔能源加油站的汽油和柴油价格将分别被限制在每升1.99欧元和2.09欧元。
该公司今天表示，将在4月初重新评估该措施以及全球燃料市场的状况。
油价确实在短短几天内出现了剧烈波动。周一早间，价格一度飙升至近每桶120美元，随后美国行政当局、七国集团和国际能源署纷纷安抚市场，称可能即将大规模紧急释放储备。
市场平静了一天，布伦特原油价格周二跌破每桶90美元，随后因市场开始意识到霍尔木兹海峡被封锁造成的供应中断规模巨大，周三和周四早间再次飙升至近100美元。
即使在IEA宣布协调释放4亿桶创纪录的储备之后，油价仍大幅上涨。
该机构周四表示，随着每天约2000万桶通过霍尔木兹海峡的原油和成品油流量骤减，中东战争正在造成石油市场历史上最大的供应中断。
IEA在其今天发布的月度石油市场报告中表示：“如果航运不能迅速恢复，供应损失势必会增加。”
