北京商报讯（记者 王维祎）3月13日，北京海淀区的物美超市中关村店完成AI新质零售调改，正式焕新开业。

门店精准辐射中关村周边密集的科技企业、高等院校、成熟社区与公寓，核心客群覆盖追求效率与品质的上班族、高校师生及家庭。

焕新调改后的中关村店，商品结构进行了深度优化，依托AI智能选品，引进了七成的新品爆品，包括进口商品、网红商品、民生好物等。正值京城春意渐浓，门店重点强化了春季时令商品的供应。生鲜区的春菜抢“鲜”亮相，香椿、芦笋、豌豆尖、荠菜等菜品。

根据物美在此前披露的数据，物美AI新质零售全国首店海淀区学清路店调改开业后，熟食与烘焙品类的日均销售分别增长达17倍和近5倍，成为吸引顾客反复到店的关键。

另外，自2025年3月启动调改以来，物美“AI新质零售”模式已得到市场的积极验证。北京地区已调改门店的日均销售额和客流量，相较调改前普遍实现50%至300%的增长，其中作为“新物美”全国首店的学清路店，日均线下销售额增长超2.5倍，交易次数增长近1.5倍。
