消息面上，澳门博彩监管政策趋严。澳博表示，去年配合法规有序关闭旗下各卫星娱乐场，此转型对短期业绩受压，导致整体盈利及市占率均出现过渡性调整，但指出卫星场关闭的结构性影响已基本消除，资源重新配置完成，将继续聚焦提升营运效率、推动利润增长及强化产品组合，以拓展高质素客源基础。
高盛发布研报称，早前已预计澳博控股2025年第四季业绩可能显著下滑，反映出卫星赌场关闭导致的营运中断与博彩总收益损失，以及接管其约3000名员工所产生的额外成本，加上上葡京综合渡假村持续波动的表现。
