日前，消费者投诉平台黑猫投诉发布2025年度数码产品红黑榜榜单，索尼以投诉0回复率登上黑榜，在黑猫投诉平台上索尼的消费纠纷主要集中在批次性产品质量缺陷、无理拒绝“七天无理由退货”、售后检测推诿与维修成本高昂等环节。消费者在购买其电视机、相机等产品时，常因商品品控、售后政策执行等问题陷入维权困境。
黑猫建议：综合来看，购买索尼产品需高度警惕过保后集中爆发的硬件缺陷和线上渠道的退货壁垒。建议优先选择官方自营渠道，收货时务必录制完整开箱视频，并密切关注同类产品的网络投诉动态。一旦发生纠纷，务必保留所有沟通记录、检测单和证据，并第一时间通过黑猫投诉平台发起维权，利用集体力量推动问题解决。对于已过保或出现疑似批次性故障的产品，联合其他受害消费者共同投诉是有效途径。
