中国经济网北京3月13日讯(记者 马先震) 泰山财经11日发布报道《学员投诉高途教育宣传误导、涉嫌隐瞒所考证书类型，客服回应证书价值无区别》称，近日，樊女士反映称，其于2026年2月在高途教育报名心理咨询师培训课程，缴纳费用3680元后，发现所考的证书和她想考的并非一回事，樊女士表示，报名时机构宣传将为其报考全国统一正规证书，机构为其报名的是3月29日由机构与相关协会联合组织的内部考试，并非全国统考。
樊女士提出保护好报名信息、全额退费及三倍赔偿的诉求，但目前高途仅同意退还报名费。高途教育客服表示，机构提供的证书为 “职工心理咨询师专业技能培训证书”，由中国心理卫生协会联合中国职工服务集团、北京京欣医疗科技有限公司推出，其称该证书与心理咨询师专业技能培训证书具有同等价值，仅存在名称上 “是否包含‘职工’二字” 的区别。
