健康160（02656）发布公告，其控股股东（即罗宁政先生、LNZ Management Limited及Luo Holdings Limited）已延长禁售期。公司已获控股股东告知，彼等已自愿将对公司的首次禁售承诺延长六个月至2026年9月16日（包括该日），在此期间，其将不会以任何方式直接或间接出售或以其他方式转让或出售公司任何有关股份。于本公告日期，有关股份总数约1.03亿股，占公司已发行股份总数约30.59%。作出上述自愿延长后，适用于控股股东的禁售安排将与适用于所有其他受禁售承诺规限的股东的安排相同。
