(ii)尽管收入减少，集团将取得截至2025年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占年内利润介乎约人民币0.15亿元至人民币0.45亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占年内亏损为约人民币0.78亿元;及(iii)集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的经调整净利润(属非香港财务报告准则计量)将介乎约人民币0.65亿元至人民币0.88亿元，而集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的经调整净利润则为约人民币0.65亿元(按本公告下文所述口径计算)。

2025年度预期净利润主要归因于(i)2025年较2024年资产减值和一次性闭店损失减少;及(ii)在原有市场重新迭代及新开门店，同时租金、人力等成本下降，及供应链管理能力提升，最终实现集团经营绩效的提升;但上述因素部分被(iii)本年度外币资产受美元、港币汇率变化影响而产生较大汇兑损失所抵销。
