智通财经APP讯，安莉芳控股(01388)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度可能取得公司拥有人应占亏损约2.50亿港元至2.60亿港元，而2024年度则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约3.73亿港元。

预期净亏损减少主要归因于集团损益表中的非经常性、未变现及非现金项目。据此预期：i.集团将于2025财年确认物业、厂房及设备减值约4000万港元，而2024财年则取得物业、厂房及设备减值约1.19亿港元。由于集团已采取较保守和谨慎的方法评估物业、厂房及设备减值，并已于2024财年确认大幅减值，预期集团山东及常州生产基地之减值将减少;ii.参考周边物业的市场价格变动，集团位于中国内地两个地区，即上海及常州;及中国香港特别行政区的投资物业于2025财年取得公平价值减少约4000万港元，而2024财年的公平价值减少约6900万港元;iii.由于(ii)的相同原因，集团亦将于2025财确认于中国深圳的其他资产相关的减值约3200万港元，而2024财年的减值约为3900万港元，该资产为2017年的搬迁安排而获得新物业的权利;iv.由于人民币于2025财年升值，集团将于2025财年确认约400万港元的汇兑净收益，而2024财年则取得约600万港元的汇兑净亏损。
