3月13日金融一线消息，东莞农商银行发布公告，近日公司收到国家金融监督管理总局东莞监管分局批准的关于修订公司章程的批复，自2026年3月11日起生效。

　　根据新章程，公司不再设立监事会，相关职权将由董事会审计委员会行使。同时，许婷婷已辞去独立非执行董事及其它相关专门委员会职务，自公司章程获批之日起生效。

　　此外，执行董事叶建光已向董事会提交辞呈，辞去其在董事会的多项职务，辞任自2026年3月11日生效。尽管辞任，叶建光仍将担任公司副行长及董事会秘书、联席公司秘书。
