自本次增持之日起12个月内，中国东航集团拟继续通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式增持(以下简称“本次增持计划”)。在符合一定市场条件下，中国东航集团拟累计增持A股金额(即本次增持和本次增持计划合计金额)不少于人民币5亿元(含本数)，不超过人民币10亿元(不含本数)。
