智通财经APP讯，乐思集团(02540)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止年度的纯利，将较2024年同期的纯利约人民币7320万元大幅减少至不少于约人民币3900万元。于截至2025年12月31日止年度的纯利减少乃主要由于：(i)毛利减少约人民币1800万元，而此乃主要由于媒体伙伴的返点政策改变，导致其返点率减少所致;(ii)扩充销售及营销部门，以致雇员福利开支增加，进而使销售及营销开支上升;及(iii)本公司位于北京星地中心的新办公室的折旧增加，以及营运人员增加导致雇员福利开支上升，从而使一般及行政开支增加。
