　　日前，消费者投诉平台黑猫投诉发布2025年度娱乐票务领域红黑榜榜单，极光影票以投诉0回复率登上黑榜，在黑猫投诉平台上极光影票的消费纠纷主要集中在退票难、价格欺诈、服务缺失等问题。作为第三方电影票务服务商，极光影票在抖音等平台通过优惠券形式吸引消费者，但实际消费体验与宣传存在较大差距。

　　黑猫建议：极光影票风险等级高，建议优先选择猫眼、淘票票等官方自营渠道购票。若已通过极光购票，务必在支付前截图保存票价、退改规则；申请退款时同步通过黑猫投诉提交订单及沟通记录，利用集体投诉效应施压。切勿轻信“优惠券低价诱惑”，比价核实是避坑关键。
