智通财经APP讯，星光集团(00403)公布，于2026年3月13日(交易时段后)，香港启智科技(为公司的间接全资附属公司)、粤港澳教育科技创新中心与合营公司订立合营企业协议，据此，订约方同意：(a)由香港启智科技及粤港澳教育科技创新中心认购合营公司的股份;(b)透过合营公司成立一间股本总额为5000万港元的合营企业;及(c)规定各方于合营公司中的权利与义务。于认购事项完成后，合营公司将由粤港澳教育科技创新中心拥有70%权益及由香港启智科技拥有30%权益。
合营企业主要业务(其中包括)研究及制作数码内容，包括提供数码制作解决方案、人工智能数码文化及创意设计、元宇宙相关产品及人工智能对话机械人及平台。
公告称，通过合营公司成立合营企业，预计将与公司的现有业务产生重大协同效应，并将成为公司探索人工智能及数码文化和创意内容行业机遇的一项战略举措。此举与公司前述发展策略相符，并有利于公司长远业务发展。成立合营公司将粤港澳教育科技创新中心的资源及经验与汪教授(身为合营公司的首席科学顾问)(包括由合营公司获得或将会获得的重要知识产权)相整合，在扩大技术创新中发挥建设作用，有助提升公司的竞争力。
