格隆汇3月13日丨中信资源(01205.HK)发布截至2025年12月31日止年度的全年业绩。2025年，集团主营业务所处的大宗商品国际市场环境更趋复杂严峻，全球经济增长动能放缓与结构性变革交织，地缘政治冲突与贸易保护主义抬头共振，导致行业周期性波动加剧，集团经营业绩持续承压。2025年大宗商品市场延续复杂多变的格局，价格走势分化更为明显，全年布伦特原油、煤炭平均价格分别为69.0美元╱桶，同比下降约14.4%、以及140.0美元╱吨，同比下降约13.9%。电解铝平均价格2,630.1美元╱吨，同比上升约8.7%。 集团积极应对复杂国际市场环境及行业周期性波动压力，系统推进“上游资产布局、贸易业务拓展、生产运营提质”工作，深化“投资+贸易”双轮驱动发展模式，稳固经营基本盘，培育第二增长曲线，彰显了强大的经营和发展韧性。年内，集团实现营业收入约149.6亿港元，同比增长约57.6%；归母净利润约1.7亿港元，同比下降约70.2%。截至2025年12月31日，集团总资产146.1亿港元，归母净资产约87.9亿港元。资产负债率约38.8%，有息负债率约23.5%，净资产收益率约2.0%。
