智通财经APP讯，长城天下(00524)公布，该集团预期于2025年取得股东应占综合亏损约3000万-3100万港元，而2024年股东应占综合亏损则约为2570万港元。于本年度，集团继续发展其资讯科技及电讯服务业务，收益显著增长。
董事会相信，本年度的亏损净额增加主要源于以下各项的整体影响： (a) 确认投资物业的公平值亏损约1210万港元，而上一年度则约为540万港元;及 (b) 财务费用增加约190万港元，主要是由于本年度一名董事贷款的平均结余增加所致;并被 (c) 确认拨回2019年度的员工成本及专业费用拨备的其他收入约280万港元，而上一年度则约为110万港元;及 (d) 由于本年度采取成本控制措施，本年度若干范畴的承包商服务费及咨询费用(包括于本年度内(i)开发及维护电子商贸平台;及(ii)评估潜在投资及业务发展机会方面的专业意见)，合共减少约140万港元所抵销。
