ASTI's (SGX:575) unit Telford Shanghai received a new claim of 808,311 yuan from Baiji Manpower, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The claim was filed with the district court of Shanghai in relation to a contractual dispute from Oct. 2, 2024.
The company is currently seeking advice from its lawyers and will monitor the progress of the matter.
