3月13日，王朝酒业（00828）发布公告，预计截至2025年12月31日的年度归属于公司所有者的综合溢利将在1170万港元至1500万港元之间，相较于截至2024年12月31日的经审核的综合溢利3340万港元，同比减少约55%至65%。此次预期溢利的减少主要受中国宏观经济及葡萄酒消费市场需求不足的影响，尤其是中高端产品的销售大幅下滑。
公告中提到，预计2025年年度的销售收入范围约为1.68亿港元至1.75亿港元，相较于截至2024年12月31日的收入约2.71亿港元，同比减少约35%至38%。此外，应收账款损失拨备的增加也对业绩造成了影响。
公司表示将密切关注市场状况，调整业务策略以应对挑战，并加大新品开发力度及拓展线上业务渠道。
