智通财经APP讯，FUTURE BRIGHT(00703)发布公告，根据其未经审核管理账目，本集团于第四季度取得本公司拥有人应占未经审核亏损约1200万港元，而于2024年第四季度则取得本公司拥有人应占未经审核亏损约130万港元。本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度亦取得本公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约460万港元，而于2024年则取得本公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约600万港元，按期减少约23.3%。
于本年度，得益于澳门及香港访客人数增加，本集团的营业额取得增长约2.6%。本年度本公司拥有人应占未经审核溢利约为460万港元，主要归因于(i)食物及餐饮业务取得亏损约420万港元;(ii)食品手信业务取得溢利约1080万港元及(iii)物业投资业务取得溢利约640万港元。本年度本公司拥有人应占溢利的减少乃由于商誉减值亏损增加。
于本年度，本集团就位于澳门耶稣会纪念广场2号牌坊广场购物旅游中心邻近旅游热点的商业物业(主要投资物业)取得公允价值亏损净额约350万港元(2024年：700万港元)。
