日前，消费者投诉平台黑猫投诉发布2025年度数码产品红黑榜榜单，罗技以投诉34.95%回复率登上黑榜，在黑猫投诉平台上罗技的消费纠纷主要集中在产品质量、售后质保、商家服务等环节。消费者在购买其数码产品时，常因商品检测标准模糊、官方与授权经销商售后政策执行不一以及部分非官方渠道存在的真伪风险等问题陷入维权困境。
黑猫建议：综合风险较高，建议消费者优先选择官方自营渠道购买。收货时务必录制开箱视频，第一时间官网验证SN码。产品出现问题时，系统录制故障视频，与售后沟通时要求其出具书面检测报告。若与商家或品牌方协商无果，请及时通过黑猫投诉平台发起投诉，利用舆论监督力量推动问题解决。
