智通财经APP讯，中升控股(00881)发布公告，预期本公司截至2025年12月31日止年度(2025年度)将取得母公司拥有人应占亏损不超过人民币20 亿元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年度)取得母公司拥有人应占溢利人民币32亿元。
根据现时可得的资料，董事会认为2025年度本公司的母公司拥有人应占亏损主要归因于(其中包括)以下原因：受国内消费力持续疲弱、乘用车供需格局失衡、汽车行业竞争加剧等影响，本集团的汽车销售业务持续取得毛损，于2025年度，本集团汽车销售(含新车及二手车)毛损对比2024年度增加不超过70%; 受行业政策影响，汽车金融按揭返佣比率下降，于2025年度，本集团汽车金融业务佣金收益对比2024年度下降不超过50%;及考虑上述宏观因素、行业因素、以及本集团为应对市场变化而进行门店调整的影响，本集团进行了减值评估，对若干表现欠佳的现金产生单位于2025年度确认商誉及无形资产减值不超过人民币25亿元。
