ChainCatcher 消息，数字人民币运营管理中心官方公布三类“套路”骗局：套路一是假借“数字人民币推广”开展传销诈骗，数字人民币从未开展过“招募推广员”“推广员考试”“下码”“发展下线”等活动，从未收取 400 元/台安装服务费，凡是以组建聊天群组、线下线上会议形式招募“民间推广员”的，均为诈骗；套路二是以“刷单返利”为名诱骗转账，套路三是诱骗下载仿冒 App 窃取信息或资金。
