ChainCatcher 消息，高性能并行 Layer 1 公链 Pharos 宣布与港交所上市公司协鑫新能源完成新一轮资本合作升级，协鑫新能源以近 10 亿美元估值完成对 Pharos 的投资认购。
本次投资交割源于协鑫新能源发布的初步公告，并在完成港交所要求的监管披露程序后正式落定。合规框架依托港股上市公司信息披露标准建立。双方将围绕新能源资产通证化、分布式能源交易及碳足迹追踪等场景展开合作，推动真实世界资产（RWA）的规模化落地。Pharos 底层架构与 EVM 兼容，测试网每秒处理交易数（TPS）超 20,000，支持亚秒级交易确认。Pharos 联合创始人兼 CEO Wish Wu 表示，此次合作旨在构建将 Web3 技术融入实体产业的标准范本，近 10 亿美元估值系市场对其技术价值的认可。
